“해장”이라는 이름은 원래 “해정(解酲)”에서 유래되었습니다.
“풀 해(解)”와 숙취 정(酲)”를 합쳐 숙취를 푸는 음식이라는 의미입니다.

The name “Haejang” originates from the Korean word “Haejeong (解酲)”,
a combination of “Hae (解),” meaning “to relieve,” and “Jeong (酲),” meaning “hangover.”
Together, it refers to food that helps relieve hangovers.
